Crissy is an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Since entering the field in 2014, she has gained extensive experience working with both children and adults diagnosed with Autism and Traumatic Brain Injuries. Crissy was certified as a BCBA in 2018 and has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise in behavioral interventions, therapeutic strategies, and client care.
With a passion for staff training, retention, and professional development, Crissy focuses on cultivating strong, well-equipped teams that deliver quality clinical services. In her current role as the Director of Clinical Services at Supportive Care ABA, which she has held since 2023, Crissy is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the effective implementation of evidence-based practices. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to enhancing both team performance and client outcomes, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both staff and individuals served.
