With a passion for fostering independence and promoting inclusivity, Kaitlin Burdette has dedicated herself to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2010, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017. Her journey has taken her from homes and schools to clinics and group homes, working with individuals ranging from 2 to 65 years old.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kaitlin finds joy in practicing and teaching yoga, cooking, hiking, and sharing playful moments with her dogs. She also harbors a deep interest in exploring alternative methods of communication and treating dementia with ABA.
